You Buy and Yoobi Gives Stationary

Yoobi stationary

When they talk about genetic makeup and characteristics that we have, I think they need to add stationary hoarder and lover to the list.  It is amazing that something so simple yet required for home, the classroom or the office can bring so much pleasure and joy.  Not just when you own the stationary but the actual buying part of stationary.  I could spend hours in Officeworks perusing the aisles looking at all the awesome stuff they have and I want to buy all of it.  When I had the opportunity to try out Yoobi stationary with thanks to Social Soup my little eyes lit up.  I actually didn’t think about the kids, I thought about me.  I was dreaming of pens, colouring items, new things to play with.  It was all very exciting and of course, I would share it with the kids if I had to.

The thing that recolouring in with kidsally struck me with Yoobi after my initial kid in a candy store attitude and really grabbed my attention, was Yoobi’s sense of schooling and community.  I am a huge believer in the school community.  The school community is the foundations for all our children and many of their morals and values are built within these walls, and we the parents play a huge role in that alongside the teachers.  My children are fortunate enough that the school they go to provide most of the supplies.  We, the parents are also given a list of some supplies to provide at the beginning of the year and throughout the year.  There are some things that that need topping up through the year such as tissues and glue but as parents, we are very fortunate that we can afford to help the classroom out and contribute.  Unfortunately, not all families are in this same position.

What I wasn’t aware of was that over 1 million children within Australia cannot afford what they need for school.

Yoobi is trying to make that change.  For every purchase that we make with Yoobi, they will put 1 item into a school pack.  Once that school pack is full the pack is sent to the amazing Smith Family who then, in turn, pass it on to a classroom within Australia that needs these basic requirements.  Now if that isn’t just plain awesome then I don’t know what is.  These classroom packs are full of all the basic requirements that we take for granted that our children have in the classroom every day.  Pencils, scissors, sharpeners, the list goes on.  And judging by how awesome the stationary looks and the colour range, they will be as hooked on stationary as I am.

They have a fantastic range of products, colours and the prices are excellent value.sharefive stationary

Like I said the school community is a huge thing and there are so many kids that don’t even have the basic requirements for school.  Yoobi is doing amazing things to help these kids as well as providing us with awesome stationary too.  The best bit is, all of the Yoobi range is available at Officeworks so you can have it delivered to your door the same day you order it.

Now if that isn’t the perfect excuse to get my stationary lover genetics going then nothing is!  Check out their range now and check us out on Instagram where we will be showing off some of our cool artwork with all our new stationary!

**Many thanks to Social Soup and Yoobi Australia for the stationary pack gifted to us!  As always, this review contains my own thoughts and opinions.

That is such a shame that children don’t have the supplies they need for school. I am glad that Yoobi is doing good things!

Ha ha yes, I think even I would line up for Smiggle! It is great that a company can help so many out especially when every child should have access to basic needs for school 🙂

I’m laughing because I’m also a (somewhat reformed) stationary addict! But I agree, buying with Yoobi would be so much better since they give so much back to community schools. I’m sure they’re making many, many kids happy—and better equipped to learn.

Ha ha reformed??!! How does one do that!!! Yes it’s so great that other kids can have what they need for basic supplies to attend school
